College Health and Safety

The holidays are over.  That means that all of the college students that have been off for the last few weeks are headed back to campus.

The CDC (Centers for Disease Control) have put together important information to keep college students healthy and safe. You will find advice regarding fighting fatigue and sleep deprivation, eating a balanced diet, mental health, avoiding substance abuse, campus security, healthy relationships and STD’s.

For those headed back to school we hope you arrive safely and take care of yourself and remember spring break is just around the corner.

For parents remember spring break is just around the corner (yet another worry)!
