Stress and the Heart

It’s important to take care of your heart, but we’re all so busy where do we start?

There are steps we can all take – in terms of nutrition, physical activity, weight management, stress management, and stopping smoking (or never starting).

Today we’ll focus on stress management.

If you’ve been following the blog you already know that there are physical changes you can make to decrease your risk for heart attacks and stroketoday I’ll pass on some ways to deal with stress.
