Stuffing, turkey, mashed potato, buttered rolls, apple pie, pumpkin pie, sitting on the couch and napping afterwards, followed quickly by a series of heart stopping football games. Does this sound familiar? Have you decided that you are finally going to get in shape?
I’ve been pondering the same thing, and making excuses.
- It’s too cold out to continue my daily walking.
- I’m embarrassed to join a gym because I don’t know how to use the machines.
- Gyms are too expensive.
- Walking on a treadmill is boring.
